Blue Rose Design PDX offers over 15 years of practical graphic art application ranging from logos, to layouts, to multi faceted websites. As both a graphic designer, and website designer, we bring a unique commitment to marketing your business successfully.
At Blue Rose Design PDX we are confident that our diverse experience, unique abilities, and proven track record of success will separate us from the others that are unable or unwilling to deliver stellar results at all times. We are proficient in CSS, xhtml, html, php, WordPress, photoshop, and illustrator. We use PSD mockups and Dreamweaver to develop custom website layouts. We also offer hosting services, and have access to open source applications.

The owner of Blue Rose Design PDX, Debbie Arthur, started providing design services for family and friend’s businesses 15 years ago. During that time, she has continued her education, and holds multiple certifications / proficiencies in graphic design and website design. As a small business owner, she easily understands the challenges of marketing while simultaneously conducting operations on budget. She invests herself in every project as her many satisfied customers will happily confirm.
